About Kara

Hi! I’m Kara the Baby Nurse! I’m a hospital based mother-baby nurse (graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2017) and I am a mom to three young kids as well. I am the author of the guide book "Why Didn’t I Learn All of This Parent Stuff Sooner?" I’m also the creator of the tried and true baby sleep course "Why Didn’t I Learn This Sleep Stuff Sooner?"

I cover nurse tips and mom tricks, educational parent + baby content, and have fun and some humor along the way! The biggest thing is that I want you to be your own advocate. I believe everyone deserves respect. I want you to have an empowered pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience! 3It’s nice to meet you and I’m so glad you’re here!
